Don Bosco area, quiet location, beautiful single room for rent. Simple room renovated specifically to offer comfort and convenience to our students. The room is equipped with a single bed, LED TV, 2-door wardrobe, desk with storage, bedside table, curtains, mirror, and bookcase. French window overlooking the balcony; very bright and well exposed. The colors of the walls promote a good mood and help with studying.

Located on the third floor, bright and well exposed. 180 square meters of floor space. It consists of a kitchen, 1 bathroom, and 4 single rooms. The apartment has been beautifully renovated to meet all the needs of our students. Equipped with fiber WI-FI, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, and all accessories included). 1) We do not ask for any monthly security deposit (0 deposit)! 2) We only ask for a one-time initial amount of €390 (this is not a security deposit and will not be refunded) which covers taxes and contract registration costs, breakdown maintenance service, cleaning, and initial cleaning of the apartment for the entire period.
