The apartment is located in the well-known neighborhood of Nervión and offers a modern and comfortable environment ideal for students. The living room and all bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, ensuring comfort in every season. The furniture is carefully selected and adapted to your needs, with newly installed wardrobes and study desks in every room. The property also includes complete kitchen and bathroom essentials.
