The room has high ceilings and a loft where the bed is located. The colors of the walls promote a good mood and help with studying.

About this shared home

Located on the ground floor of a completely renovated two-story villa, with a surface area of 80 square meters. It consists of a kitchen, one new bathroom, and only three single rooms, all completely renovated and newly furnished. The apartment has been beautifully renovated to meet all the needs of our students. Equipped with Wi-Fi, washing machine, and fully equipped kitchen. 1) We do not ask for any monthly security deposit (0 deposit)! 2) We only ask for a one-time initial amount of €390 (this is not a security deposit and will not be refunded) which covers taxes and contract registration costs, breakdown maintenance service, cleaning, and initial cleaning of the apartment.
