Apartment comprising 5 bedrooms, kitchen and 2 full bathrooms. 1️⃣ To reserve and move into the room, you must pay a confirmation deposit equal to 2 months' rent + the current month's rent. 📃The contract is valid for 12 months (e.g. from 1 September to 31 August). If you decide to leave the room before the contract expires, you must give at least 60 days' notice by registered letter. ☝🏻You will also need to find a replacement to take over the room, and a new contract will be drawn up. We will help you find a replacement😉. 2️⃣ Legalising and registering the contract has a cost: for an annual contract, this cost will be split equally between you and the landlord. This is the only cash payment 💶. ♻️For any replacement, the legalisation costs will be divided between you and the new tenants. ☝🏻The landlord pays the contract fees only once a year. ✅The contract is legalised 📝 and only payments by bank transfer 💳 are accepted. ❇️ The rent includes the condominium fees and does NOT include energy and gas costs, which are approximately £25 per month.
