The room has been specially renovated to offer comfort and convenience to our students. It is equipped with an LED TV, single bed, 3-door wardrobe, desk, bedside table, curtains, mirror, and bookcase. The colors of the walls promote a positive mood and aid in studying.

Located on the fourth floor, bright and very spacious. 110 square meters of floor space. It consists of a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and 5 single rooms. The apartment has been beautifully renovated to meet all the needs of our students. Equipped with Wi-Fi, washing machine, and fully equipped kitchen. 1) We do not ask for any monthly security deposit (0 deposit)! 2) We only ask for a one-time initial fee of €390 (this is not a security deposit and will not be refunded) which covers taxes and contract registration costs, breakdown maintenance service, cleaning, and initial cleaning of the apartment for the entire period.
