The room is equipped with a single bed, 3-door wardrobe, desk with storage, bedside table, curtains, mirror, shelves, and armchair. Very bright, with double windows. The colors of the walls promote good mood and help with studying.

Located on the first floor, bright and very comfortable. 100 square meters of floor space. It consists of a kitchen, 1 bathroom, and 4 single rooms. The apartment has been beautifully renovated to meet all the needs of our students. Equipped with WI-FI, washing machine, and fully equipped kitchen. 1) We do not ask for any monthly security deposit (0 deposit)! 2) We only ask for a one-time initial fee of €390 (this is not a security deposit and will not be refunded) which covers taxes and contract registration costs, breakdown maintenance service, cleaning, and initial cleaning of the apartment for the entire period.
