The furniture in each room is adapted to students’ needs, providing practical and well-organized living spaces. The property includes two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub. It also features a large fully equipped terrace overlooking the exterior, ideal for relaxing or sharing time with flatmates. For greater privacy, each bedroom door is fitted with an individual lock. Both the bedrooms and the living room are equipped with air conditioning, ensuring comfort throughout the year. The apartment comes with complete kitchenware and bathroom equipment.
