In the Ostiense area, in a strategic and sought-after location less than 250 meters from the metro station, McDonald's, and three university faculties, a beautiful single suite is available for rent. The room has been specially renovated to offer comfort and convenience to our students. It is equipped with a queen-size bed, 3-door wardrobe, desk with storage, bedside table, mirror, shoe rack, and 2-seater sofa. The colors of the walls promote good mood and help with studying.

Located on the 7th floor, bright and spacious. Double exposure and wide view, being higher than the surrounding buildings. It consists of a kitchen, a bathroom with shower, 4 single suites with French or double beds, each with a 2-seater sofa. The apartment has been renovated to meet all the needs of our students. Equipped with Wi-Fi, washing machine, and kitchen with all basic accessories. PAYMENTS: As confirmation of the reservation, the first month's rent + the Admin Fee are due. The remaining amount will be paid in 4 quarterly installments for rental periods of at least 10 months or in 2 quarterly installments in other cases. The first installment will be paid at check-in after the room has been checked. Admin Fee: Upon signing the contract, you will also be required to pay €450, valid for the entire duration of the contract, in order to take advantage of additional services
