Each bedroom is equipped with a ceiling fan installed in July 2023, ensuring comfort during the warmer months. The apartment features two bathrooms and a kitchen that has been recently renovated, offering a modern and functional space for daily use. The property also includes complete kitchen and bathroom essentials, so you will have everything you need from day one. Additionally, there is a shared interior courtyard where you can safely leave your bicycle if needed.
