The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, the apartment has heating, high-speed Wi-Fi, and smart locks, and weekly cleaning of the shared areas is included, ensuring a consistently clean, tidy, and well-maintained space. From our management, we take care of absolutely everything so you can live worry-free: we coordinate your arrival and departure, handle any issues, select compatible profiles to ensure balanced cohabitation, and maintain the property in perfect condition day after day. Our goal is for you to enjoy a comfortable, stable stay with professional service. 💶 Additional Costs Membership (administrative costs): 50% of one month’s rent Couples are welcome for an additional charge of €150 per month
