The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, and the apartment includes heating, high-speed Wi-Fi, and smart locks. Weekly cleaning of the shared areas is included, always maintaining a well-kept, hygienic, and organized environment. Our team handles all the management so you can live worry-free: we coordinate your arrival and departure, resolve any issues, select compatible profiles to ensure peaceful and balanced coexistence, and continuously maintain the apartment in optimal condition. The goal is for you to enjoy a stable, comfortable, and professional experience. 💶 Additional Costs Membership (administrative costs): 50% of one month’s rent Couples are welcome for an additional fee of €150 per month
