The registration of the contract is the tenant's responsibility and costs: contracts up to 6 months €150.00; contract up to 12 months €250.00. The expenses beyond utilities are: wifi: €35.00 per month condominium €150.00 per month annual boiler check (to be paid only for the months present in the house) TV license (to be paid only for the months present in the house) trash (to be paid only for the months present in the house) all expenses are divided among the people present in the house and will be paid by the tenant only after receiving the payment invoice and via bank transfer, this will also apply to the rent payment.
