Located on the first floor in one of the most prestigious streets in the city. Approximately 263 square meters in size, bright and very spacious. It consists of a large kitchen of about 30 square meters with access to the terrace, 5 bathrooms, and 12 single rooms. The apartment has been beautifully renovated to meet all the needs of our students. Equipped with Wi-Fi, washing machine, heating/cooling system, and fully equipped kitchen. Upon signing the contract, you will also be required to pay €380, valid for the entire duration of the contract, in order to take advantage of additional services
